What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach objectively supports and empowers you, propelling you to move forward in life...whether it be through gaining clarity about a certain situation/relationship, or setting personal/professional goals.  We acknowledge and honor where you are today, in the present moment, and help you create a path from there.


Is a Life Coach the same as a counselor or therapist?

No!  Although similar, as all are in the "professional helping" industry, as life coaches we focus on forward motion by helping you gain clarity and a course of action.  This can be obtained by developing a new way of thinking, a new plan, or a new path.  A therapist or counselor gives guidance from a mental health standpoint, which could involve exploring past trauma or emotional problems in order to "heal".

How long is a coaching session?

I offer single 60 and 90 minute coaching sessions.


How are sessions conducted?

I'm available through various means of communication, including but not limited to:

  • In person
  • Phone
  • Video Chat (Skype, FaceTime, etc.)

I'm interested in a Coaching session package.  How frequent are sessions scheduled?

I see all returning clients on a monthly basis.  This allows time for work, reflection, and growth.
